Now we need a Strategic Growth Developer to help us reach the next milestone, by helping us find and engage new potential clients to expand our business.

This is a full-time, graduate program for those who have a natural sales instinct and want to start building up their sales profile. You will be part of the sales team, which is the first point of contact with customers and prospects and oversees the company’s growth. You will be responsible for identifying new potential customers by creating tailored messaging and generating high-quality leads, as well as working closely with account executives.

• Owning sales activities and securing a constant stream of outbound leads

• Finding new ways to engage with potential customers in close collaboration with the product and marketing teams

• Generating sales opportunities and new leads and acting as the main point of contact for our WORKERBASE

• You have an University degree in Business or Industrial Engineering related areas

• You have experience working in Discrete Manufacturing or Automotive

• You have a strong business proficiency in German and English

• You have knowledge of the Central Europe corporate business culture

• You are passionate about Manufacturing and willing to pursue a career in Sales and Marketing

• You are highly motivated, driven, and self-starting,

• You have strong time management & organizational skills,

• You have superior communication skills and the ability to build rapport

• You have experience working under pressure and managing multiple tasks

• You seek to work in an international team environment in a fast-growing business.
