🪄 What you'll do

• Own use case implementations - from platform setup and system connections to go-live on the shopfloor.

• Work in a trio with account executives and solution consultants to deliver customer projects.

• Enable customers and partners to operate the platform independently.

• Establish best practices and standardize use cases for the marketplace.

• Build tools for faster development, working closely with product.

🤝 You're a fit if you

• Use AI tools daily for conceptualizing and developing solutions.

• Know JavaScript or a comparable language like Python.

• Take ownership and don't wait for someone to tell you what to do next.

• Can learn a new platform fast and context-switch across multiple customers.

• Enjoy talking to customers to tailor solutions to their needs.

• Speak German at C1 level or above.

• Love improving processes and automating repetitive work.
