As an AI/ML Engineer, you will develop cutting-edge AI solutions that directly enhance the quality of care for our patients, improve treatment outcomes, and help us scale our impact.

The ideal candidate should have strong, demonstrated experience in ML and AI preferably with LLMs, NLP or tabular data. Our asynchronous chat-based service is well suited for virtual assistants and automated decision support. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on individual who can take initiative, get things done efficiently, and work closely with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
• Work with operations and product teams to create and improve datasets from human experts
• Setup machine learning tools and manage data pipelines
• Develop AI solutions iteratively with evaluations to automate tasks, make predictions, and optimize processes
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production, and ensure that they are performing as expected
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in data science and machine learning
  
  

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics or a related field
• Experience in a AI or machine learning role with demonstrated experience with LLMs, NLP or tabular data. Ideally customizing LLMs in production.
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch or scikit-learn
• Experience with ML services provided by cloud computing platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure
• Ability to own problems end-to-end, and to be proactive in acquiring new knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish
• You need to have a work permit in Sweden
