What You’ll Do
As a key execution engine for the Product team, you will:
- Drive initiatives end-to-end: Take ownership of product and process improvement projects from planning through launch and scaling.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals: Work closely with doctors, dietitians, psychologists, and personal trainers to translate clinical needs into digital product solutions.
- Turn strategy into action: Break down goals into detailed project plans and ensure team alignment, resource readiness, and delivery.
- Use data to guide work: Analyze user behavior, operations, and performance metrics to inform prioritization and product improvements.
- Ship, learn, iterate: Champion a fast feedback loop with a bias toward delivering value quickly and refining based on learnings.
- Have 3+ years of product management or project delivery experience, ideally in digital health or health-tech operations.
- Thrive on execution and delivery—you're energized by timelines, follow-through, and closing the loop.
- Are a structured and proactive communicator, especially with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians.
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can independently drive clarity and momentum.
- Have experience using data and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, SQL, Google Sheets) to guide decision-making.
- Are fluent in English.
- Residency in Sweden/Stockholm is a plus, but not required. A valid work permit is required.
