Validate ZEDEDA features and functionality
Technical Deployment and Implementation
Resolving customer escalations
4-year degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
4+ years of experience in technical support
2+ years of experience in SaaS technologies such AWS, GCP, Azure
Experience in troubleshooting and administrating Linux O/S
Experience in analysing logs and metrics
Demonstrated ability to credibly and effectively communicate, present and influence at customer operational support level.
Prior experience or proven ability to successfully support production networks.
Well-versed with support and bug tracking tools.
